ESPN CFP projection right now gives the coots a 47% chance to make the CFP if they win out. That’s WITHOUT any major losses from teams ahead of them. ESPN wants them in for some reason.

How so? They’re playing at a very high level right now. Missouri is pretty bad and down their starting QB and another starter. They will have no issue with Wofford, so likely they come in here sitting at 8-3. We’d better be ready for a dog fight and kick their ##### because they’ll never shut up if they beat us.

This might be the year Scar can finally say beating them dramatically helped Clemsons cause. At this point I'm hoping they win vs Mizzou and Clemson handles business vs Pitt. Closing out strong vs a solid Pitt team and a top 10-15 Scar team would be massive.

They have an excellent team, sure. And will be a handful in a couple weeks!! But I'm not sure how they're jumping 5 other SEC teams, who will have 2 losses or fewer. Currently 7 SEC teams have better records..... TX, A-M, GA, TN, Miss, LSU, AL. And 3 of them beat SCar head to head.
