It's down time after a BKB victory ,before the playoff. Skulking around CockY Talk, I see where their resident idiot(their Manafold if you will) has predicted 9 wins next year.So, I went and looked at their schedule,to be honest ,I can't see 6 wins for them. What See You ?If honest, I only see 2 LOL

If they lose to both NC State and La Tech (which is entirely possible), they may not win four games assuming, of course, the $EC Least isn't a total train wreck again.

Three wins maybe tough. Vandy, Missouri, and Kentucky are improving at a better rate than Carolina.

Missouri is? Interesting.
They should be favored over NC State, Vandy, LA Tech, Wofford, maybe UK at home, and Missouri.
Not sure how you could objectively say they will win 3 or 4. Also, the SEC East is a crapshoot. No reason they can't win the sane or more this year. They will be better.

What on earth makes you think will be favored against NC State? Very equivalent program, we call NC State the gamecocks of the ACC. One good run when Philip Rivers was there , and haven't won a game that mattered in 40+ years , very similar to the gamecocks

Looking at their schedule I believe they could start 2-0 or just the opposite. I think the chicks still are young so they could beat Vandy, UK, La. Tech and Wofford. A split in NCST and Mizzou is likely. I don't see wins against anybody else simply due to a lack of quality depth.
Worse case Muscrap and crew could lose all but Wofford and one SEC foe along with La. Tech. Three wins would disappoint staff, team and fans. Best case I could see six wins with some luck.

I was impressed with them this year. They seem to get the most out of their players, but I don't see NC State ever being more than a 7-8 win team.

Because history shapes future expectations, and recent history says South Carolina is no better than NC State. The problem for you gamecock fans is you think Spurrier is still there, but spurrier is gonna sit back and laugh at you guys the next couple years as Muschamp struggles to make bowl games
