Zaxbys or Raising Canes
More’s or Lewis BBQ
Nachos/pretzels/dogs
PJs pizza
Uppers needs the pizza, chicken & hot dogs

It’s difficult to manage mom and pop’s doing all concessions.
With the next contract, they should not allow Aramark (or whoever) to demand 100% autonomy in campus concessions and catering. With Memorial Stadium, they would have 80%, but we could carve out a couple of areas in each concourse to allow “mom and pop” and other external providers to bid for service (Cinnabon, pizza, bar-b-que, etc).

More's BBQ I have bo idea and never heard of them. Would like to know. Very seldom have I met a bbq I did not like.

Don't do an all in one solution. It leads to limited menus and poor service. Lease each individual space. You could get a better variety and some local tastes.

Uppers also need the popcorn. South upper has to smell the popcorn the entire game and we are not able to purchase.

I don't know. For almost 50 years, as an adult, going to DV to watch the Tigers (not every game by far), there may be 1 or 2 times, I hadn't tailgated and eaten before I went inside and got a hot dog or soft pretzel with a drink of some kind and I survived. I guess concessions at DV are not that big of a deal for me.

I don't really care for concessions outside of getting a souvenir cup every year.
Your options are all great, but as expensive as food is these days, I'd be sacrificing a limb or two just to get food I can make for a tailgate (and probably taste better)
