Concerned about quick road game turnaround...

Earlier this year we had the road game at FSU on a Saturday, and then turned right around for the road game at BC on a Tuesday. I recall we looked very flat against BC, but also recall that we didn't have Galloway or Hemenway in that game.
We are doing the same thing today, had the road game in Raleigh on Saturday and are turning right around to go to Virginia tonight. Hopefully we don't come out as flat tonight, I would really like to see us keep this game with UVA competitive...
I've watched enough basketball to know that when you have a really hot shooting game like we did against NC State, you almost always revert to the mean in the next game, here's to hoping we can play solid defense when that inevitably happens and win a close one.

someone the other day posted that Tim Bouret said no one has won one of these quick turn around in the ACC as the road team so far. I don't know if that is true but I am hoping we can change that tonight

I just wish nc tigs reappeared and posted about how we were going to get beat by UVA. That would guarantee the win!
He did that for the nc state game and we all saw how that turned out!

UNC won last night @FSU and that was done with 1 off-day(Sunday).
Problem tonight is the emotional pitch for UVA with Terry Holland's passing. Look for the 'Hoos' to play with energy and emotion tonight; their last home game of the season.

UNC did not have a road game on Saturday, before traveling yesterday.

They've plummeted all the way down to 37th in KenPom after being in the top 15 for the first 2/3 of the season.
On a semi-related note, the top ranked ACC team in KenPom right now is Duke all the way down at 33. Miami is at 36 and then the Cavs at 37.
This is, by far, the worst the ACC has been at the top in my lifetime. Typically even when the conference is "down" there's still 1 or 2 top tier teams.

2021, ACC had no Top 3 seeds and only 2 of 7...

Unfortunately, i think this one is going to eclipse that one pretty easily. It also doesn't speak greatly for the future of ACC basketball when the 2 worst seasons for the league in the last 50? years have been in the last 3 seasons.
