Welcome to my Ted talk
Dabo is unlikely to engage in a bidding war for top players. I believe he will be forced to add players from the portal this year but will likely be from smaller schools or under the radar type guys. National recruits who only care about a payday will not be on his radar.

I care, that’s in interesting player to leave his team. He’s one of the top WR prospects in all of college football. Hopefully he will want to visit them hills and hopefully he gets invited too. He’s one of the few players I’ve seen in the portal so far that would actually help us out instantly. Johnson, Stelleto, and I would assume Randell will create problems with WR depth. As we have learned the hard was these past couple of years that WR’s will get banged up with a 13-17game season so depth will be HUGE. However as much as I’d love for him to come to Tiger town not sure if we are going to be able to compete with the NIL money that will be offered him. He’s gonna have the Mac trucks of cash backing up in his driveway.
2025 season can be VERY special with us losing only a handful of starters on both sides of the ball combined.

Concepcion half assed it on his team this year knowing he was portal bound. Even after NCSU paid him to stay at state in 2024. Can’t get a bigger payday injured.

Also not true, we are limited at the WR position especially when it comes to depth.
2025 WR’s
Williams 0
Moore Jr 1
Brown 6
Randell (I have a hard time believing he’s not gonna transfer)
Wesco Jr 12
M. Kelly 18 (Not proven starter)
Turner 22 (not sure when he will be 100% healthy)
Then we have one incoming freshman who is listed 5’10 150lbs (I’d say it’s say to assume he will be redshirting)
So that’s only 5 WR’s that have experience and shown they can play that position at the college football level. 5 WR’s is not enough for a 13 game season, much less a potential 17 game season.
