Next 2 weeks ...

@ Oregon
VS. USC

without their star player.

I think they win one and lose one. My guess is they beat Oregon in a shocker and lose to USC

Beating Oregon would be a huge upset. The Ducks are favored by 3 TDs and Colorado will be without Hunter. I think Oregon covers.

I think they’ll beat both. This is their 12-0 season.

Wasn't Colorado about a 15 point favorite over Colorado State? Wound up being a tight game if I remember correctly. Could have problems against Oregon.

Colorado was 24.5 point favorite. They won in 2 OT.

They’ll still be in the national spotlight. But there won’t be further GameDay or Big Noon on site appearances.

Even Deion (or Dion/Deon as the elderly here say) knows having a winning record at the end of the regular season will be a challenge.

The interview I saw, Deion said he "wanted it all"

I have zero doubt he wants it all!

I guess I was inferring lower expectations from his acknowledgement that they were still 7 or 8 players away.

As long as Prime is there and they put up gaudy numbers and he keeps

Talking they will remain in the spotlight

They will remain a story until they start losing to teams they are supposed to beat on a regular basis. Even if they wind up 6-6, but still make a bowl game, that will be considered a major turnaround from where they were.

I wouldn’t bet against Deion. They have so many weapons even without Hunter. Sanders is playing Heisman quality football and has been the best QB in football through week three.

Nobody is like Hunter. They have other weapons, sure, but he's their best player by far.
