I have a buddy who requested Club but there is an adjustment line that moved him to upper deck. I'm thinking we have club level

That's because they adjusted them when they sent out the email on Dec 21st.
They would have send an email to everyone requesting a ticket to let them know their order has been fufilled. They haven't done that yet, and they just got back in the office today.

Incorrect.
It changed today around 10 AM.
At 7AM mine showed 6X$0.00.
Then it changed to 4X$0.00 and a separate box showed 2X$0.00.
It now shows 4X$550.00.
It all changed today.
