Somehow your friend got the word, but those guys who follow coaching changes and direct access to agents and other people at least as close to the program as the guy your friend knows knows.
Your story could be viable. Color me skeptical.

Maybe but there is the little problem of scholarship limits. Seems we will need some folks to leave before we can get new folks to join. As is stands now IIRC, we are already a few over the 85 limit
