While it does seem something is amiss in recruiting, I don't see anything wrong with the performance of our RBs. In fact, commentators have brought attention to Shipley's development in particular. I'm not ready to pull the trigger on Spiller.

As for Streeter, I must admit I have my doubts. However, we don't know to what degree his hands were tied in play calling but we are certain he was directed to use DJ and it seems pretty obvious he was also told to keep plays simple in an effort to increase DJs confidence. DJ arrived w talent. Something happened that broke him. I'm not sure if Streeter can be faulted.

WRs and Grisham. I don't know what to think other than perhaps I miss Jeff Scott. I can say the younger WRs seem impressive. Is this to Grishams credit or did we just get lucky?

Up or out is a popular way to run things, but most of us have seen or experienced working for or around the kind of jerks this type of environment encourages. Shipley recently said he woukd not want to play for another team... coming from a guy who can pretty well have his choice, this statement should shout that there are some really good things going on that we cannot see and argue against making a lot of changes.
