Politicians were bad enough when they hid their affiliations with American businesses.
Nowadays, they flaunt their easy-to-trace crony affiliations and don't break a sweat worrying about any consequences.
Of course, since both political parties do this, there is no way that they'll vote to stop it ... unless an outsider candidate who doesn't need crooked money gets on the scene and makes a BFD out of this corruption in Congress.
Ross Perot was one such candidate.
Who are the other incredibly wealthy Americans who might also make a big deal of this if they become president (or become president again)?

I am not saying I didn't like anything he did but to me, he was/is a buffoon.
I still can't believe that with all the USA's talent, we had only Trump and Biden to choose for president. It's a real head-scratcher. They both are such horrible choices.

If I could change one thing it would be to put term limits on congress. Folks get there (both sides) and stop caring about the people. Its all about their power and keeping it.
Should be two terms and done. Go back home...

I think it's a start but as soon as you're elected to Congress, you're immediately on the phone with rich people begging them for money for your party.
