Happened to me today when I typed "national t.i.t.l.e implications" (without the periods). I just chuckled as this problem has been around on TNET for many moons and I'd forgotten all about it.

I figured it out. It's only the ##### of the message that's censored (somewhat ironically? lol). First is censored, second is my trick.
Edit: Well, it censored it in the body that time. What the h?e?l?l TNet? lol

This censor is absolute trash. It censors acronyms of profanity, not just actual curses. W. T. F. is censored.
