Have we even looked this kids way? I've seen him play a few times for Spartanburg High and he can flat out ball. With the Briscoe gone, I'd love to see Rookard in orange and purple. He has a couple of offers notably UNC, Wake, and Stanford and is listed at 6'2 190. He's also going to be playing in the Shrine Bowl where I expect him to pick up a few more offers. He's a very underrated prospect and reminds me of Robert Smith coming out of high school as in very versatile by playing safety, WR, and KR (Robert was QB in HS) and a sure tackler. He's a pretty good prospect and I'm sure he would help with Feaster who is looking hard at Tennessee, UGA, and Auburn. If we signed the Davis twins then we should at least look at Rookard.

Meaning if we signed the Davis twins who in my opinion aren't close to the prospect Rookard is, then Rookard at least deserves a harder look. A talented kid from the upstate, at least offer him a gray-shirt offer.

That's all it takes? A dad that was a great player? They can't be preferred walk on's? Whew... That's the only thing that annoys the heck out of me about Dabo's recruiting tactics. I'm pretty sure we are the only offer Brian Dawkins Jr. and Davis twins have. Because of their dad? That's three scholarships used that could be used on players who actually earned their scholarship on account of their own play on the football field.

We need this kid. He is a great return man and will also help in the secondary. I've nothing but positives about him. Also, he could help us get Feaster.

Although I think one of Clemson's all-name team was Arlington Nunn. Dorian Mariable is good, too.

Glad to see I'm not the only one asking this question. I really hope we go after this kid. Auburn has offered him. I'd hate to see him and Feaster both flip to the SEC and BTW what teenage kid hasn't said something stupid. That is if there is anything to the comment that he posted something on twitter in which he offer was retracted. If there was an offer I never heard if it.
