It is not about a back up QB, it is about the team. Cade will mature and hopefully because a good player but he is not there now.

Saw that and you’re spot on. He should play with the regulars; let HJ play with the scrubs.
We’ve made the same mistake for years. QB2 comes in with poor field position and several 5’8” receivers.

Pace yes but EJ has proven to be a drop machine and will be a future transfer. No Beau, no Williams, no Shipley and all backup OL.

You see the big picture my friend, cant convince the pumpers that are under the illusion that the 2022 season is going to be La Tech, Georgia Tech, and Furman all season.
We are beating garbage teams in the second half because we are deeper and they are worn down but what we are concerned about is what happens when you run into a team that is as deep as us.
