use it to continue to complain about something. Why can't we just wish the young man well, thank him for his time at Clemson and look forward to the future? If I were him, I probably would have done the same thing.

But geez, overall we were happier than pigs in slop with 10-2 seasons.
Now we go 11-3, and some of these softies literally work tirelessly trying to find things to b!tch about. What has happened to the "Clemson Man"? That's far more concerning than anything Dabo has ever done.

I’ll start by saying I’m not young. I have been going to Clemson games since I was a kid in the early 70’s. I was a student at Clemson when Danny was the coach. I remember the bad times. I remember being thrilled to get to go to the Gator bowl and play Pitt in the 70’s. It was a big deal. I am one of the older people on this board but I don’t think like some of these older people on this board.
You won’t hear me comparing now to the old days when we were thrilled to be 10-2 and this is why: It is 2023! Things have changed and that is thanks to Dabo but I’m not defending him now. I love Dabo and what he’s done for Clemson and want him with us. He has made mistakes with his hires and belief in inexperienced coaches. He must make changes. I don’t know if he will or not due to his stubbornness. What I do know is we are not the same elite program we were a few years ago. We get such good recruits we should be playing better. It reminds me of UGA doing less with more for many years. They certainly aren’t doing that now and we shouldn’t be either.
I hate to lose players like Bresee to the draft but I’m very happy for all of them and hope they make a lot of money and are very successful in the NFL.

You may have been happier than a pig in slop but some of us in my student section were not that happy. Several of Danny’s teams late in his tenure were AP championship caliber but would #### the bed on things like road trips to Duke.
Those Danny teams frustrated me way more than any Dabo coached teams.
But I get your point and largely agree.

Bryan Bressee is just a selfish player. He committed to the program for 4 years. He is not thinking about his brothers in the locker room that sacrificed so that he can be a better player. He owes everything to Clemson who gave him an opportunity, free education, elite training, and integrated diet. Clemson also set him up for the rest of his life. After everything Clemson did regarding his sister, he now pulls this stunt. Forget him, the program moves on.

I am glad that Clemson is attracting players that are good enough to leave for the NFL after 3 years. That is why they won 2 National titles and made the playoffs on 3 other occasions.
