Yes, I have wanted him gone in previous years and won't be upset when he finally does move on (retirement, other job, whatever). But if people can't appreciate what he has accomplished the past few years and let that go and just cheer on the team, I don't understand that.

We were a tournament team when he took over. We took a step back for about a decade. I think he's adjusted over the years and last year proved he can do it.
