Not long after he got there, videos came out of him trying to endear himself to fans and recruits and I know all coaches do it but it always seemed awkward and forced. He probably should have stayed at ND. Fit matters.

Me either. Was shocked with that hire. Does not strike me as being a players coach or someone that relates well with the fans. Being in Louisiana it was probably even worse.

I mean...him faking the accent was the immediate writing on the wall to me that it was a stupid relationship that wouldn't last long. Regardless it was a bad hire anyways. He's done a lot of nothing his entire coaching career.
