Swinney on Tyler Brown

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney has been on talking on his radio show this hour and he was asked about Tyler Brown. Swinney says that Brown was a little sore in his return from injury after sitting out the NC State game. In his comeback, he was a backup to Antonio Williams, and Swinney added that it speaks to the depth of the group this year that they've been so explosive with Brown essentially sidelined after the Georgia game, after his being so integral to the attack last year.

My question is how soon will coaches work TJ Moore into the starting lineup? Tyler Brown is solid, and still Williams, Wesco and Moore show the most upside.

May not be an issue in 2024 but will be this Spring if WRs do not enter portal.

I thought Moore started against Stanford.

It shows you where Moore is in his standing that even with Brown back, Moore led in snaps with the WR group overall. It will probably be a little more even if Brown continues to progress health-wise, but I think it would be difficult for the coaching staff not to see Moore has carved a niche as a regular already.

Need to get him on some wheel routes.... maybe some 7 yard out routes....or some comeback routes.
