When is the last time Clemson lost to a group of five team while being ranked in the top ten?
Will we still be ranked ahead of USC in the final poll considering they probably didn’t even want to be there?

At the end of last season(4-8) they looked like a program in need of a complete rebuild-finished this season 11-3
|

And he has a $110MM contract. No one getting paid that much should ever lose a game. Maybe he lost his fire after getting the big contract.

I think that’s the parallel. He’s got a unit that’s getting beat every game. Will be interesting because he always seems to have leaky defenses. Something to follow until baseball season I guess.

He is who he is. They paid out the wazoo for him. Make the QB look great, but can’t win the big one because it’s a team sport.

USC is relevant again so they are happy.
Year 1 was not the year for them. Offense was expected to be very good.
Defense was expected to be bad.
I’d end of yr 3 and they haven’t made CFP then thr seat will start warming.
