I would like to see more folks who post here banned.
The rules are clear (very mild), and mostly not applied.

Warnings are good as often we don't realize we are being targeted by ~~~
Warnings help keep me in line after a cold one or 15.

If I understand correctly, if a certain number of posters (4 maybe?) hit the flag icon at the bottom of a post it gets taken down and sent to quarantine.
I personally don’t believe in that because I prefer to leave the really ridiculous stuff out there so everyone can see the people who post them for what/who they are.
I’ve not been banned, but was warned once.

I agree with it.
I believe in using all the features Tnet gives us for free and those paid extra for.
The flag is a perk most don't seem to understand.
It helps the Mods become aware of a post that many believe needs looking into.
If more would use it, political posts could be quickly given a "look see" by the mods and moved if needed.

I sorta got a warning once. I had another handle HiredGun (haven't had access for years) and wanted to change. Once I created this account I immediately got a TMail from ownership asking why I was creating a second account and not to engage in shenanigans.

Never banned, but I have said several times I wish post involving politics, except ones that pertain to college sports such as title IX or NIL legislation or rulings, would be banned from tnet completely. They don't have to ban the poster, just any threads or comments that mention politics (i.e Trump,Biden, etc). I, and I think most, use sports to escape that ########. We don't wanna come here and read political opinions.

You should only be banned if you post something inappropriate or you use personal attacks against people. This business of wanting someone banned just because you disagree with them is ridiculous. People should be allowed to express their opinions, concerns, questions, & even complaints as reasonable as they maybe or as ridiculous as they maybe. As long as you are being respectful & not insulting & attacking others in a manner that would be a personal attack it should be fair gain.
