Bats are Heating Up!

The last five games the team is averaging over 10 hits/game. Cam, Dom, and Jack are on fire right now. Scoring 8.5 per game and only giving up 3.2. They also just took Fritton and Dudan to task last night. The team average has gone from .270 to .279 in that stretch. Pitching looks looser too, with the run support. Glad to see that late season adversity knock some urgency into them.

Right now RPI is 9 so hosting is a lock. Thinking at least an appearance in the Finals to secure a top 8 seed and definitely if they win the tournament, as they should be top 5-6 in RPI. I'm pulling for Vandy to beat Tennessee, A&M to beat LSU, and Arkansas to beat Ole Miss to drop teams close in RPI.

Hopefully Reed is back soon, and that pulled muscle is back to full. Could definitely use his arm tomorrow and Sunday. Anybody have any updates?

Go Tigers!

If you go back to the slide, the weather(for the most part) was much cooler. The Clemson baseball teams always seems to play much better when the temp is over 80 degrees. Makes me wonder about tomorrow being a little cooler. No facts behind this analysis and might be an over analysis, but definitely seems that way.
