No it isn't. It's on pitching and the hitters who couldn't perform when we have multiple runners in scoring position. One error didn't lose this game, we had plenty of opportunities to put runs on the board

Purify didn’t walk nor hit one single batter! He’s a leader and I’m glad to see him back. He’ll get his timing back. Remember, he sat 3 games with an injury and his back up got injured also. Duke had more errors that Tigers had yesterday. Still can’t get enough runners across the plate.

No, he is not totally responsible for the loss, but I agree, his game is not fully developed yet in all areas and he is not dependable. Still makes a lotsa goofy plays and throws in the field and seems lost at the plate again. Hopefully he will work hard and mature his way out of it because there is a lotsa talent there.

The baseball team is done. Anyone who knows baseball and has kept up with Clemson for the past couple seasons has known for about a month this team is cooked.

Amen , the writing was on the wall but some of the posters that don’t know crap about baseball just criticized and used the term it’s just baseball . Well you were wrong this team is who we thought they were , a team with no pitching , no hitting , ### coaching etc . This pitching staff gives up walk after walk , has no real power arms , the hitting is borderline high school like. This team will likely be on the road for regionals probably a trip to coastal . They will be a 2 seed that makes an early exit . Just flat out a bad baseball team devoid of real talent .
