Monte Lee was Coach Coot. A large number of the loudest critics of this baseball program were also some of the loudest about firing Leggett and insistent that Coach Lee was the right guy to return us to glory. They sat on their hands as Lee trainwrecked this program and they can’t stand that we went back to Leggett’s tree to bring some life to the program.

We missed the tourney for two consecutive seasons for the first time since expansion and most people were like “meh”. Bakich has us immediately back 3 seasons in a row and they act like the rage face meme after every pitch all season long.

Hold on now fellow TigerNation.

Remember, sure we laid a goose thru 7 but it was ACCC game to the Tar Holes in their state.

We are in the top of 7 with a one pt lead but hang in there.

Simple reminders that is all.

No matter how you spin it, win or lose, McGovern should have finished this one out. He had USC Upstate’s number and they couldn’t touch him….Why take that chance and take him out?

It’s not spinning it. Pulling him when we did leaves him available for Sunday. He only pitched once first batter of the 8th because of the matchup.
