Sorry but they knew he was lazy when they signed him. I believe there was a coot graduate in upper management that pushed for him. It's the same at ESPN. They have a coot in upper management and that is why they are on T.V. so much and open the season every year on T.V. At least that is what I was told by a coot.

These comments (which are pure speculation) are beneath what we as tiger fans should establish. We have more class than this.

And below this you talk about shooting a red neck.
Hypocrite? Preaching class but talk about shooting a redneck.

My favorite quote from the article.
"We're just trying to manage him," O'Brien told the Houston Chronicle. "He's coming off of surgery and we're just trying to manage him. He's out there and he wants to go every rep. And I'm sure just like all the guys, after seven practices I'm sure he's a little sore and we'll just continue to manage him."

"Just like all the other guys" yet the other guys haven't been placed on a stretcher nor are being managed. That's coach speech Coot.
Hmmm.

Actually he isn't. Maybe you need to pay more attention instead of being so eager to defend anything coot. Coot.

Don't take my word for it.
Asked about people questioning Clowney’s dedication, Brown told the Houston Chronicle: “I don’t see that at all. He’s come to me on a number of occasions asking for pointers and just talking to him I can tell he wants to be great. He comes in here every day and works, doesn’t complain, and that’s all you can ask for.
“He’s a heck of an athlete (and) very hungry to learn, to be a good player. I really like to see that. He comes in here, he works his tail off. He’s new, he’s fresh and it’s still early, but I think he’s going to be as good as he wants to be.”

Yeah. Do you really think Brown would say yeah Clowney is lazy?
Some of you guys are idiots. (And I'm not saying he is lazy but just pointing out that you have to be a fruitcake to believe the coach or those that drafted him would openly degrade him in front of the media)

I hate to see any player injured. Hope it's not serious. God, look what Tony Steward has gone through----and Tyshon Dye.

Agreed. Whatever happened to his foot surgery?
Aug 3, 2014, 3:43 PM

I'm talking about the injured foot that he used as an excuse last season for poor play in many games. The one he put off surgery on so he could make the NFL Combine. If he has a miracle cure, then why doesn't he share it with the world?
