If it had been in Charlotte it would have been a whole lot more Clemson fans in attendance,just saying....Clemson fans for the most part love Baseball

I enjoy college baseball. But there is no doubt that only local fans can support it, unlike the 7-8 home football games. Hoops has the same issue on weeknights.
It would be interesting to know how much stripping the studs out for the minors impacts the turnout, but we will never know.
The gate from baseball will never support the program fully, thus the scholly issues complained about earlier. And yes, football is the money maker.
Truth is, college baseball better represents the original concept of college sports. It wasn’t really intended to be all about money, but here we are…
