Anything can be spun good or bad....have you not been disillusioned by the advertised product and the crap you actually got? That was our highly touted preseason defense and then the defense we actually got last season.

If you listen to him enough, you will hear that he is dead serious about every part of the D side of the ball!!! Plus one of things that we all have been really concerned about, and that's the strength and conditioning of his players!!! It really do seem like that becomes a major interest for our players every 4 or 5 years, and I believe that's bc whoever in that department has fallen asleep!!!

I was thinking the same thing. Why not let's let coach Goodwin get on with his life. He did not intentionally do anything to hurt Clemson's defense, and I'm really not understanding how one can tell by watching someone on TV that they really appreciate gap integrity...just nonsensical stuff.
