Not even sure why he'd want that job, what with all of the jumping, and throwing, and yelling, and being on your feet all day. Seems like the job for a younger man.
What are you getting at exactly? This whole premise is fraught with unlikely scenarios and jibber jabber.

In order to help the new guy here is what I do.
First off.
1)Notre Dame either agrees to full membership or they are booted out.
If they agree you add one team.Maybe Cincinnati,or Navy.If not you still have 14.
2)I would move Florida State into the Coastal,and Ga.Tech into the Atlantic.
3) No new Commissioner shall have any ties with any school in the conference.In other words you can not have another Swofford.
4)All fouls in any"BASKETBALL" game featuring UNC/Duke vs another ACC school Will be[thoroughly] reviewed,and reversed if needed and any referee showing favoritism toward either UNC,or Duke will be punished by having to apologize in person to the other school,and then sign a waiver not to do it again.
5)All Duke vs UNC BASKETBALL games will have no officiating at all.Each team will be allowed to foul repeatedly and beat each other up and down the court for 40 minutes.Of course no foul shots will be allowed as play will just continue.In terms of jump balls,the guy who sweeps the floor
handles that.
6)Ron Cherry will be reassigned to the SEC.
7) All championship games will be held in Arenas outside of North Carolina(No this has nothing to do with the new bathroom law).Rather it serves to make it an equal playing field.
Bids are currently being reviewed ,but Tennessee seems to be the best neutral state.
8)All athletes will be required to attend the opening day of class,and the last day of class,
and be able to identify the course and the professor by name.
New guidelines will be fort coming.
