main rival...following by SC and then UNC. But that was a different era. 
I do wish we could play Georgia perhaps 4 times every decade. Its definitely a natural rival.

They bring virtually nothing to the table. If we beat them, so what, they are terrible. If they win, it would mean a humiliating loss. On rare occasions, they have been respectable, but the amount of time they are not far exceeds the time they are.

...its fun but can get kind of boring.
Other than the 5-twilight-zone-years the chickens don't really bring much to the table. We beat them and it's "yawn city" because its expected. If they beat us it means national acclaim for their program.
Having UGA as our rival would be cool, but they can punch back. I prefer to schedule UGA every year, but keep South Carolina as our rival. That way we still have one rival to kick around every year.

No. We should play UGA about 4x's a decade & always play South Carolina. I don't care it they are good or if they suck. Its always fun to beat them, & we usually do.

its my understanding, a law requiring Clemson and usuck to play football every year has been suggested in the past, but no law has ever been passed.
