yeah that is my question. if this is criminal stuff and there are charges file why isnt he an accessory for obstruction or something. Interesting he dropped his liable suit versus Baylor. Clearly did not have a leg to stand on

a couple of years ago that he "thoroughly apprised Coach Briles of the circumstances surrounding Sam Ukwuachu's disciplinary record and dismissal from Boise St." This was after Sam was charged and convicted of sexual assault while a member of the Baylor football team. That should have flipped on the red lights for the Baylor administration officials but it looks like they just covered their ears in hopes of football success. Sad situation and Briles probably won't (Shouldn't be able to) land another head coaching gig. I definitely wouldn't want my kid playing for him.

was truly ignorant of the horrific details of sexual abuse by Baylor athletes, but the more that comes out the more obvious it becomes that he was not only aware of what was going on around the program, but that he was actively involved in the attempted cover-up.
I foresee big fines for Baylor AFTER the lawsuits are settled, lots of "show cause" for many coaches, and probable NCAA sanctions for a couple of years at least.
