They (Carter, Seahorn) all say Clemson controls their own destiny and can still be in the playoffs. They aren't really concerned about our loss. Curious to see what Heather Dinich says about the committee. The next 2 days will be the longest until the new rankings come out.

We will not be in top 4. Probably be 5th or 6th and looking up at Louisville.
Doesn't matter though. We win and the poll that comes out 12/4, will have us in Top 4 ahead of Louisville...period.
No need to jump off a cliff on Tuesday.

I guess you didn't pay any attention to how they ranked teams in 2014. They had TCU ahead of baylor for a a few weeks, despite baylor beating TCU. But when the season was completed and they were able to compare both teams WHOLE body of work, they put baylor ahead of TCU.
I wouldn't he surprised if Louisville is ahead of us this week. They are a better football team, right now. But as long as we win out, win the acc championship, we will jump them in the final polls. It's that simple, if we take care of business, we are in, probably as a #2 or #3 seed.

They have played more close games against poorer competition over the past 4 weeks than Clemson.

They've played three close games this year, one against us (the other two were Duke and Virginia). We've had 6 games decided by 6 points or less. I don't know what you've been watching or you're just letting your Clemson bias affect your judgement, but Louisville is a better team, right now.
