needs to drop 20-30 lbs.... He is too big. I know he has lost a step since the cut block, but he is carrying too much bad weight.

Our d line did better when we benched Denhoff and played Parker with 3 DTs though.

I hope Heldt coming in allows him to move back to his natural DT spot full time. It's fine to line him up outside a handful of times but he had to spend too much time out there this season. He's quick but that body isn't built to bend and turn that corner rushing from the edge. He's slip and get up the field or bull rush guy. He's great at what he does but he's got to be able to move back inside.
