I’m not retired. Some days I have time to play on TNet. Other days not so much.
Feel free to call me out on a new thread for past topics of interest to you. One at a time, if you please.
Also, please don’t re-link old unwieldy posts. They are so filled up with detritus that I usually ignore them.
Thanks.

Pretty obvious you ran away once Flow wrecked you link, although I don't think you actually believe what you posted and were just trying to be facetious.

That's fact. He brought the coal jobs back, had a great infrastructure plan, Mexico paid for our wall, and he paid off the national debt he promised(within 8 years), but they love him for that.

Thanks for starting this thread.
Delicate people concern themselves about whether a leader ‘admires’ their culture. In my experience, many Northeners find Southern culture to be a bit peculiar, and Southener’s accent to reflect stupidity. These Northeners cling to overt & superficial prejudices about white Southerners as a means of boosting their own self esteem.
BTW, many Northeners think the same about blacks, but because many of them are closet bigots, they will never reveal their sentiments about blacks. Instead, they reflect their bigotry via low expectations of the blacks … race based privileges instead of merit based accomplishments.)
The irony here is that Northeners who get out in the world and have the opportunity to work with Southeners find that the Southerpners are just as smart as them. These same Northeners whose path in life brings them into close contact with black people also learn that there is no need for race based privileges; black people perform in high skill jobs as well as comparably trained white people.
Donald Trump is a Yankee by birth, but a world citizen by life experiences. He is sometimes crude and insensitive; no subset of society is beyond Trump’s politically incorrect and insensitive commentary.
However, your assertion that Trump holds Southeners in low regard are plain B.S.
Temember to take your pill before bed so that Trump’s soaring poll numbers and the collapse in credibility of the Democrat propaganda narrative don’t ruin your sleep.
It’s the red pill.

He does. It's not Southerners though exactly. It's the "white trash" who is mass support him. The dude is a snob. It's a grift, a scam, and he uses them.

Trump’s support among ‘white trash’ such as blacks and Hispanics is far higher than any of the Uniparty Republicans (I.e., the rest of the Republican POTUS candidates with the exception of Tim Scott).
Trump’s support from these black and brown shades of ‘white trash’ continues to grow rapidly.

The linked article offered nothing … nothing … to support her assertions about Trump’s disdain for ‘regular people’ of Southern (or, for that matter, non-Southern) Americans.
Her entire article was founded upon her own views of monolithic upper vs lower socioeconomic social classes.
This is the trope of a person who is fearful that the traditional false images of Clinton, Carter, Obama, and Biden foist upon the public as being ‘I’m just a regular person like you, so trust me and vote for me’ is losing its effectiveness on voters.
The above four presidents talked the talk, but yet did little for the demographic groups to which they professed to be a part.
Trump is not a phony. Nobody thinks that Trump is ‘one of them.’ He was popular initially because his policy intentions were aligned with how regular peoples’ wishes. His current popularity is because the regular people witnessed that Trump did his best during his first term to do what he said that he’d do.
The author may know that her article is nonsense, but on the other hand her life experiences may be so limited that she actually believes what she wrote. Either way, she carries the water for the TDS crowd.

The next person who can provide proof that Trump (starting 2013) doesn’t care about regular Americans will be the first person to do so.

Alex, the ironic part is as much as you seem to hate Trump

you allow the man to live in your brain 24/7. Seriously Alex - just about every post you make on TigerNet, no matter the topic, you somehow relate it to Trump - even when there is no relation. Someone can post about how their tomato plants are doing and you would somehow see Trump in it...
Dude for your own sanity - get out of the politics venue for a while and let go of your obsession with Trump. It's football season - take some time to obsess over Clemson football instead and let nature run it's course with Trump because one way or another he will no longer be in politics by 2028 or (hopefully) sooner.
