I doubt you would ever forget that! I was standing when it just happened and it took a few minutes before I could even take another step. Almost as bad as a kidney stone but at least it did go away on its own.

I had severe back spasms for 5 years after getting hit in the back by a ball in high school. Got me hooked on pain killers and stopped me from playing sports.
