Another unknown about NIL.

Migabucks giving megamoney to players channeled through some sort of organization set up to make it legal. (Texas being the most notable, but not the only school.)
Something nobody knows, but I'll bet ADs and booster clubs are concerned, is where is that money gonna come from.
Example: Marvin Moneybags donates 1,000,000 bucks a year to Big Tech U. Now, with NIL, will he donate 1,000,000 to the booster club and 1,000,000 to NIL? Or will he donate 500,000 to boosters and 500,000 to NIL?
Just something else we will have to wait and see how it all shakes out.

can be a write off. Hey come sign autographs for 5 minutes at my dealership and Ill give you $25,000.00.......or whatever.... NIL is going to ruin college football and make it to whoever can buy the best team will win.....if you think Clemson $$$ can hang with Big Boy $$$$ you are wrong.....
OSU, BAMA, TEXAS, A&M, Southern Cal, ND, etc..... will be buying their players within a few years....

But, here is my question.
If you are capable of paying a kid 25K for an few minutes of "work" where is that 25K coming from? I assume you are a big money donor to the booster club. Are you taking that money from your booster club donations or are you going to give your regular contribution and find an additional 25K to give to the kid?
I have no idea. I'm not in any financial state to make big money donations to football programs or booster clubs. I have no idea how the bank president or the $500 and hour attorney thinks about allocating his donations.

from a booster club/NIL program - I guess you could just take donations, then turn around and pay Johnny QB to do whatever and pay him for "whatever"....taking pictures, signing your hat, doing a Facecook commercial etc......

Its just the money that was being handed over under the table is now out in the open.
