After watching Dabo's presser

definitely some new/different observations...
1) Said "disappointing" more than I've ever heard from him.
2) Said multiple times throughout the presser to blame him, nobody else.
3) He mentioned multiple times how there is so much negativity when you lose at a place like Clemson. He even seemed to try to drive that home. - I don't think he understand the negativity is actually genuine concern as we know what good football looks like after 10+ years of it.
4) Still seems to be harsh on Defense, and bites his tongue when any constructive criticism on Offense.
5) More than anytime since WVU, Dabo seemed genuinely embarrassed. So much so he was angry, with a side of disbelief.

The only question anyone cares about now is what will he do about it?

I don’t think he will do anything.

The Clemson football cult here will defend Dabo and assure us that he’s going to rip the team a new one this week and we will come out determined and focused in our next game.
The problem is that our issues aren’t effort and motivation. They are having capable players and coaches.

Give the cult #### a rest. Nobody here is defending Dabo and that performance tonight.

Nobody is getting fired if we win 10 games. Dabo will be able to say “it’s hard to win, and we’ve won 10 games for 11 consecutive years”

Oh but the fans DO realize it. Paying attention to the boards the past 12 hours?

People are finally starting to see the light. Only took some of them 2 years to put it together.

It is on him. The coaching staff is very poor.
That was one of the most listless and effortless performances I've seen in years.

Not true. He has major input in critical downs just like any head coach! Seems you have a narrative of similar posts before?

It’s starting to make sense why Dabo is so much easier on the offense

with his comments: he must be heavily involved in the play calling.
I don’t see any other logical explanation for why he readily criticizes the defense but seems hesitant to blame the offense.

Dabo, fix it or leave dude. Leave the fans alone and look at yourself. You are getting how many millions to produce this crap of an offense in the last two years? Yet….now blaming the defense? Oh, btw, you hired the new dc and oc? ????

I heard a Clemson NFL player say last week about fan negativity and fan criticism was a really good genuine thing and good coaches should embrace it... Said because otherwise, you have a fanbase that doesn't care.

Not angry at all. Embarrassed and uncomfortable, yes. Fire? Tilt? Ready to go shake some youngsters and staff members' trees come Monday morning? No... just time to "get back to work". What they #ell have you been doing since the shyt show two weeks ago, coach???

I can’t recall him in this state of mind. He almost seemed like he was giving the presser at the end of that West Virginia Orange Bowl game.
Feels like a MAJOR shift is about to happen at the end of this season.

I bet does absolutely nothing about this!
He will keep Streeter, Spiller, Austin and all his Alabam roomates on the staff, and it will be business-as-usual.

Spiller and Austin aren't bad. The OL has gotten better technically in year 1. Joey Batson needs to go though every time it comes down to physicality it's a an L the S&C needs to be addressed now.
