hear it from usuc fans. But looking on here, I think the disgruntled Clemson fans are the most insufferable.

The sunshine pumpers are just as insufferable as well. Honestly these last few years has made me sick of the fanbase. But that may be a personal byproduct of the program falling from the top too.

I was at the tailgates during the Bowden era as a kid/teen. Tailgates were so much more fun. Personally thought we consistently had a better atmosphere when going to a game wasn't as much as a down payment on a car and the wine and cheese crowd wasn't there.
Now being on TNET for the Bowden days, I'm unaware of how that was. I'm sure it wasn't good.

Good ole dial up days. I don't miss it taking 2-3 hours just to load a 2 minute video.. The world was more pleasant in that time without cameras everywhere and social media suffocating humanity though.

for the Bowden era or the West era or the Hatfield era just because we hate losing to the coots? I was around for the Pell era but did state following closely until Ford. We seldom lost to the coots but when we did it hurt and I wanted to fire everyone from the coach to the governor to the president. That hasn't changed. Now granted after cooling off I came to my senses and didn't want to fire as many. I will never except losing to the chickens. But I do realize it will happen from time to time.

I know don't bother me.....They know the history of the rivalry is lopsided in our favor.
And the Clemson fans? After a day or two, most cool off, come to their senses and go on about their business. Even at age 77, I continue to work, and I'm just too busy to carry on and on about a football game. That's because I know we are not going to win them all. I hate to lose at anything, but my longevity has taught me the occasional loss makes each victory that much sweeter.
