Playing nobody should be factored in, even if you go undefeated in the regular season… but if you have an SEC logo, losses actually shouldn’t count against you because it should be about who you beat.

Imagine if there were a set of guidelines/criteria for making the playoff. Imagine how different it would be. Yeah the BIG and SEC don't want that. They actually want to eliminate the automatic qualifiers, so they can get more teams in next season when it expands to 14. I haven't agreed much with Dabo this season, but one thing he is absolutely right about is, the playoff should be called the BIG/SEC Invitational.

Ole Miss has better wins than Bama. And, it doesn't matter who you lose to.

Heck, according to Saban, Vandy should be in. They beat Bama.

next year this whole thing will be revamped and no champions will get automatic bid, thats my opinion, because every sec homer is screaming how can a team ranked 15-17th get a first round bye over a sec team that played a tougher schedule.
watch next year, only top 12 teams ranked will be included
this whole bs thing was created for the big ten and sec to dominate the playoffs, i wish they go back to 4 team playoff , you lose 2 you're out..
