ACC commish needs to make some calls

I’m on board trying for ND and Penn St like most, but personally I’d be ringing the phones of Tennessee and Auburn. Both schools in my opinion would benefit on the field with this move. Auburn, much like A&M, I’m sure would love to stand out in their state. Tennessee in my opinion would be a buy low scenario. Plus they are traditionally strong at other sports besides football as well. The biggest problem is getting over the $ the SEC can pay out. Clemson needs the ACC to make a splash. We can’t year after year continue to get underpaid and at some point pretend it won’t have its effects.

The person who needs to make a call is CU AD Rad to the SEC and tell them we are ready to join the SEC and please take us yesterday.

You might get Notre Dame, even Penn State ,but no way no, how are either Tennessee or Auburn going to leave the SEC.
Just how does Auburn and Tennessee benefit from such a move? IMO, they don't.
Unfortunately, Clemson is stuck between a rock( no pun intended) and a hard place.

Let ND keep their TV contract with NBC if they join. Yeah, I know it sucks, but we need them. Say any school can have a separate TV contract if they already have it when they join or something like that.

Both schools are more likely to get back to national prominence going through the ACC. If the health of the program is better, that will counteract a large portion in the difference in conference dividends.
Money is only a means to an end. If you can supply a different means, then you can get their attention.
