A win over SMU could bring the last spot down to SMU and SCU

however, if TX beats UGA, that would be 3 losses for UGA. It could come down to those 3 teams. Do you leave SMU out (1 regular season loss) in favor of UGA or UCS?

For crying out loud. The coots aren’t getting in over Bama. Stop listening to the talking heads who get their paychecks stirring crap like this up. The Sec will be Texas, UGA, Tennessee and possibily Alabama. And that will be a stretch. The committee will not leave Indiana out with one loss. So four teams from the Big 10.

I agree, Bama and Ole Miss both on the bubble with SC, and both beat SC (Ole Miss by 27-3) so either of them would probably go before SC.

UGA is in. The biggest challenge for South Carolina is surpassing Ole Miss and Alabama. If they do that, I believe they will make it in with a loss by SMU. Competing against the same team in consecutive weeks offers a valuable comparison opportunity, giving South Carolina a distinct advantage.

USUC will not surpass Ole Miss nor Bama for two reasons. 1.They lost to both teams. 2.Because they are USUC.

They are only locked in if they beat Clemson...a loss would be 11-2 and with their present rank it could get iffy on putting them in.I belive their best win was an ot win over Duke. They lost to BYU.The rest of their wins were against middle of the road ACC teams.Just like us, they beat no team with a pulse.

Doesn't matter,so did Miami and they lost to the Cuse and Ga tech. Louisville isn't ranked and they are still a middle of the Conf team.We coulda beat them but didn't and it doesn't have a bearing on Clemson and SMU.

One spot will come down to six teams should Clemson win ACC

And Texas beat UGA again.
Indiana, Ole Miss, Alabama, UGA, Miami, and SC. Not sure how SC gets in over 1 loss Indiana, two teams they lost to, inflated UGA, and 2 loss Miami.

It's acccg winner, Alabama, and Indiana in my opinion
Chickens can't get in when they lost to Bama and over 1-loss team. Otherwise the whole thing really is corrupt
