Josh Mcdaniels. Nobody in the NFL is gonna touch him right now for an HC job, but the guy did win 6 Super Bowls. His scheme could flourish in College imo.

I just don't know if Elko is that "BIG NAME" that they want. I'd be very surprised if they hire a Defensive mind for the HC job.

Lions are almost locked into the playoffs, and he ain't leaving before they are eliminated so you're looking at January before you announce?
Plus winning coaches just don't come to college from the NFL and Campbell has taken one of the lousiest franchises in the league and taught them how to win.

Fisher earned $9M plus per season with a $77 million dollar buyout. What would you take? Top college coaches earn more than pro coaches.
