I have a CCP, but have never taken my PPD into a stadium. Never felt the need at a home game, now in Cooterville and Raleigh, yeah sometimes felt I needed one but still never attempted to take one inside the stadium.

Only if you are caught. You should never know someone is carrying unless you need to know and then you would be thankful! You never need a gun until you really need a gun, and if you don't have one then you can probably debate the pros and cons with St Peter!

there used to be a skeet shooting event the week of Clemson Carolina game. I dont recall ever hearing of an incident but I always thought it was tempting fate to get those fan bases together with firearms.

The way I view any infringement of your constitutional rights or loss of freedom guaranteed by the constitution or bill of rights, is that you should not lose them or give them up because a few lawless nuts violate laws that the overwhelming population of America obeys.

I said have you heard of this?
She said yeah sadly it's not a joke. "We just hope everyone ignores it, and it dies its due death." Why I'd never heard of it I guess.
They just passed a bill expanding "gun rights," and it explicitly bans them on college campuses and at college sporting events . . . so . . . I'm guessing the chances of this passing are roughly zero.

Awhile back(2004) somebody had a gun at NCSU game in parking lot and killed 2 people. That's why there was such a crackdown on NCSU football parking. https://www.wral.com/story/1058118/ This is a really bad idea.

Otherwise, law-abiding citizens should be treated like adults and retain their rights wherever they go. I have never felt the need to carry in Clemson, but there are MANY other sporting events I would have carried to.
