It’s really only a 23 hour day. The 35 hour day is in the fall…

Apparently the risk of a heart attack rises on the spring time change due to changes in the body's circadian rhythm. That's scary and stressful in itself

It’s a frickin hour. Lighten up Francis. I sleep 7-8 hours every night. So tonight will be 7 instead of 8. Don’t think I’m going to have a heart attack over it. I waste more than an hour a day on stupid stuff like TNet.
