Ha, good one. Expect his "short list" to be Louisville, Ole Miss, and Baylor. Would've said Auburn but they already "got their guy"

The first thing that popped in my head is he wants to transfer closer to home but I could be wrong (not the first time this week).

Significant but not a huge blow to FSU. They found their QB and have two four-stars coming in. Plenty of schools passed on QB Bailey Hockman but the FSU staff really sees him as a fit. Crossing my fingers that they don't land RB Cam Akers.
UCLA could be a fit for him, speaking on Henry, but USC has Sam Darnold for at least two more years. He could head over to Fresno State and perhaps play immediately. But he's shown that he has no problem playing far from home.
Honestly I'm anxious to see where QB Lowell Narcisse ends up. LSU is slow to name an OC and it may cost them not one but two QB commits. How lucky would Memphis be to land Narcisse cause they are still in play for him. If the Gators were smart they'd make a move with him, IMO.

I was actually thinking how pedestrian FSU was looking at the skill spots. They've got some decent WR's but they don't really seem to have a feel for how to inflict them on somebody in plus positions; it really hasn't been since Kelvin Benjamin that you really feared an FSU wideout. TE? Blah. Good, nobody great. RB? I like Jacquez Patrick, but despite the fact that he was a 5-star and so was Dalvin Cook, Patrick is not Dalvin Cook. If they don't get Cam Akers they really will not have a true-blue "franchise" type RB...of course, neither will we, unless Cordarrian Richardson turns out huge for us or Feaster emerges.

It looks to me that they're bringing in some of those skill players in this class but we'll see which players emerge in time. Laborn could be that guy and some of the DBs they have coming in have done exceptional on special teams. Again, this is a different level though.
I like the two RBs they have coming in; especially Zaquandre White. He's a bit higher in my ratings than some of the others. But I still think Patrick is going to do great things in time. Now, the FSU running game works best when they have a dynamic TE to help stretch the field. The Noles are bringing in a tall, 6-7ish guy in Marshall and are looking at another. This is what their offense lacked this season, among other things IMO.

You think Alex Marshall will be that big a difference to them? He's SLOW, and they were talking about how he "might" be a TE but could also grow into an OT or DE and had the frame to carry 300+. He just did not strike me as another Gronkowski, regardless. Rivals.com has him as a low-end 4-star but I'd personally put him as a 5.7, high-end-3, just because he's one of those "jumbo athletes of no specific position going into college". Some of those guys pop, some don't.
Haven't seen a ton of great TE's lately, actually. We could use one ourselves.
