so well for him that he plays like the DJU we expected to see after his 2 games in 2020. From all reports, he's a great kid and hard worker. Something just didn't click here.

Wow. No Clemson player EVER has been trashed by “fans” the way DJ has been. I wanted to see Cade play as much as anyone so I’m not defending playing DJ I’m just saying it’s pretty hypocritical to question HIS loyalty. That’s just unbelievable.

When he can go start at another power 5 school I'm not sure why anybody would want him to stay or say it's disloyal. People are pathetic and want him to be miserable like they are.

The window for the portal opens tomorrow so, of course, DJ is going to move forward. Do you really think he and Dabo haven't been talking about this for quite some time? This is no surprise and no betrayal. Dabo said back in the fall that DJ was graduating in December and he and DJ had a plan. He did not offer any further explanation but I think we now understand what he meant.
No need to raise an issue that isn't there. I'm sure this is all being handled internally the right way and was well thought out and communicated early on.

after all that this university and coaching staff have done for DJ, shouldn't he at least wait until after the bowl game to transfer? Maybe he will wait. If he does, I have no problem with him transferring and wish him all the best. But if he walks out tomorrow and doesn't finish the season with his team and coaches then I will have lost respect for him

I questioned QB situation but I do hope DJ can be the next Joe Burrow somewhere. In ACCCG, it’s clear he lost his interest. Not sure what’s going on. It’s just not working.

He's not the problem. The coaches who kept starting him when he clearly wasn't performing are the problem.

I think he needs to go to a lower division and play. Get with a good coach who can help him out.

I think we now know why Dabo did not want to bench him. He knew he would be in the portal the next day. Dabo felt he waited as long as he could. We fans wish he would have pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago.
