I can’t imagine Bowman hitting the panic button that soon. Dukes, Mellusi, or both would be my bet.

I am not dure why Lyn J would stay for table scraps

He is far too good to get so few touches.
I don't think that BOTH Dukes AND Mellusi would go.

Especially with RBs. How many 5* backs bust?

I can see nothing positive coming from posts like these. Let the coaches handle it

I agree. These types of posts are senseless since no one knows what is going on in these young men's minds. It is like none of them ever thought they would be splitting time with other backs. If you are good enough you are going to make it to the NFL regardless of whether you were the starting RB or the third stringer. Hopefully we are recruiting guys who do not mind competing for playing time.

You're right. It isn't if you start or not in college - The NFL took Matt Cassel from Southern Cal (the REAL USC) and Cassel never started in College. Yet he started in the Pro's and was a very long back up for many teams.

Bowman won’t leave I don’t think this effects him at all, if anything it effects LJ more because I think 2nd year Bowman will be “that guy” if he pans out like expected.

Dixon is a true Jr. and will likely stay this year to graduate so nhe can transfer and play his last year immediately. Bowman, Pryor & Mellusi should be the 2021 rotation. Dukes may change positions and try his hand at slot receiver. If we get Shipley, he will be in the picture by 2022 if not 2021.

I was surprised LJD did not get much action against LSU.

so true, we're having a discussion about a 4-star rb (Mellusi) either transferring or being 4th-string. That being said, Dabo is known to rotate 3-4 rb's through
