And won a conference road game at uva. I’m amazed but not surprised. The defense is tough. The Tigers shoot FT’s well. It’s a veteran Tiger team with great coaching. Love it!

When you pound it in the paint like they did today, it helps negate the ineffectiveness from 3 point land.

In the tournament you generally need someone busting 3's. Usually those teams do the best. Great PG play, a dude in the glass, and someone who can bust 3's. That's usually the formula and you usually need all 3. Who will be our dude or dudes busting 3's? I am hoping Wiggins can pull it together. I can see Del Jones getting hot. Maybe they all will get hot. If we are hitting 3's we can beat anyone imo.

It was an amazing win considering the lack of 3 point performance. Our defense was lights out in the second half - particularly Sheiff’s defensive rebounding. Concerned however against stiffer competition if our 3 point performance is like yesterday afternoon, the NCAA tournament will be tough.
