I like that in Dabo. He tends to accomplish more with less even when some fans believe the sky is falling. 10 Wins is possible, and should Miami and SMU lose then it's Clemson back in the bigger picture. Clemson must play solid for the remainder of this season. GO TIGERS!

What do you mean? Unlimited budget. Excellent facilities. Only state employee who hires outside standard procedures (just like all coaches). Unparalleled power with hints of accountability with ?????
Coach - like other highly successful coaches nationwide - has green light to do what needs to be done to be successful.

There's a lot of parity in college football right now but CDS needs to quit hiring people in key coaching spots for their first job. You're going to hire more duds than strike gold that way. Reilly was a swing and a miss but he can at least justify that hire.

CP, thank goodness there are some reasonable voices such as yours on the BOARD.

Doomsday, naysayers, contrarians dominate the conversation.

Only episodically has CLEMSON ever been a national factor in CFP. But for many, occasional achievement isn’t acceptable. Logically, we could expect Clemson to be nationally relevant once every 7-10 years.

The fly in the ointment is the expectation that we need to be in the playoff scenario every year. But as the conference expands and the number of cultural and/or NIL destinations shrinks, it becomes more and more difficult to succeed AND maintain your identity and integrity. For most serious Clemson fans, the integrity of the program would trump a demand for wins.
