I've heard a lot of talk on the radio about this comment Dabo made. I don't get what the problem is with him saying this. Saturday night we did beat ourselves. I understand that vs UGA, Gurley beat us in that game, there is no doubt there. But why are people here and on the radio acting like he said something ridiculous?

I agree with you on that Rev, but why the criticism of that comment? Much like his comment of "it's only unbelievable if you don't believe it" or something like that, he seems to be getting bashed for saying this.

You really don't understand the prob. with this ? I know we all have orange glasses on but.....
First, I'm a sunshine pumper... wanted the hire. I support him and think he has upped the program. Period.
But Dabo needs to stop being a very highly paid cheerleader and just win. Win.
These repeated rants, phrases, etc. are making him look really stupid....REAL stupid. Good grief.
I can't stand Spurrier but he eats Dabo for lunch. What's our record vs. USC since the rant ? Spurrier is an ### but he expects to win, period. Happened to catch his tv show after Vandy. He's worlds better than Dabo... to be expected.
I know, Dabo actually believes what he's saying... but a little too much rah-rah starts to make you look like you're in denial, or something.. can't quite describe it exactly. But yes, that was ridiculous.

Theres no problem with what dabo said...heck, ive said it and ive heard other people say it....i think cavemen even said it. This isnt something new LOL. He did not coin that phrase. People need to stop acting like dabo is stealing their fisrt born....or is he?

Spurrier is a self-aggrandizing smirk faced idiot with a penchant for the dramatic.
He is not what I would ever want as my teams coach.
Dabo cares and he wears it on his sleeve , his right to do so. If people disagree with what he says or how he phrases things that is their biz , but I would take Dabo Swinney as my coach about 5,000 times over Otis " look at my Florida rings " Spurrier .

Has Clemson ever actually lost a game since Dabo has coached there? Its unbelievable. Listen, ill be the first to admit that Clemson outplayed FSU Saturday, i almost had an aneurism watching the game. But the bottom line was, Clemson lost. Clemson lost to Florida State and Georgia. Your coach saying this completely disrespects that fact. He gives no credit where credit is due.
Your coach is afraid to be "negative" and its ridiculous.

We lost both of those games because of coaching. Had he started his best QB from the beginning we would be at least 2-1 if not 3-0 right now.
