Question for T-net....

Jan 1, 2013, 10:54 AM

Now that we've had a chance to digest it all....do you think all of LSU's injuries in the 4th qtr were legitimate, or were they trying to slow the game down and give their guys time to rest between plays?

not sure, but either way

they couldn't hang with our physicality. they either got hurt trying to keep up, or they faked it to recover

I think it was mostly legit.

They may have wanted to slow down, but that only gave Chad more time to communicate with the offense. So I don't know what the net gain would have been for them to intentionally flop 4 times on the last drive.

It was pretty warm in the Dome towards the end of the game, I was sweating fairly profusely myself and I was not running around for 3 hours.

I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks; but I do fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times. - Bruce Lee

That is what happens when you have to play a Clemson Offense that was clicking on about half their cylinders! Now I do not know if you are a LSU guy coming here or If you are AClemson Tiger just finding the board but either way how sweet it is!

If they were nopt legitimat why not have the lesser players feign cramps? I saw Montgomery went out for a play because he had cramps which I can't believe helped them very much.

they were spent, deadass tired!***

Probably a combination of both.
It would not surprise me if they were trying to slow down what was a fast paced offense, but there could have been a question of one or two of their defensive players cramping up.
