what they see is just Reaffirming one of MANY issues for the drastic fall off that we've seen the last 3-4 years. Nobody should need a spring game to reveal these issues..........they've been there very visible...........and they're still there.

Long way to go till UGA game though. Regardless, its not great that your 3rd team QB looks like the best option.....I just hope we dont go the DJ route again - relentlessly playing a worse option on baseless hopes of a miraculous turnaround.

And after one spring game he has now been elevated in the minds of many. It is a little easier to navigate a gun fight if you know everyone around you is shooting blanks. We have no idea how he will respond when live rounds are used. I certainly wouldn't think UGA would be the right test case for a guy like this.

It's hard to say. He also didn't see the best defenses players, but he did play well. Cade's improvement or not will say it all week 1. I just hope we really run the football more than ever with our bruisers Mafah and Adams, Cade gets himself in the most trouble when we get pass happy.

I mean, he faced the same defense Cade did and looked much better while doing it. Trent actually played effectively against both defenses.

the past 3 years. Our backup QB hasn’t gotten any live action? No looks? What are they doing in practice? What do they see, when QB3 comes out in a spring game and shows up QB1? Not good. Seems we have a severe lack of preparation issue with our team - at least at some positions. And amongst those, the most important position.

The one thing I can't stand about Dabo and his staff is that they always act like it's all sunshine and rainbows, even if the situation is the exact opposite. It makes it impossible to put any stock into what they say if they give positive reviews on a player, because they'll say those same positive things whether he's an all-American or a complete bust.

If you consider the spring game as the defining moment then he is correct. You can either play QB or not and he was the only thing that looked close to what we use to have.
