Pythagorean on Cade's throw to Cole
Dec 4, 2022, 4:48 PM
Thrown from the hash of the 24 yard line to the sideline at the 22, if my math is correct it traveled ~63 yards in the air ?. I would guess that is top 3 longest distance (in air) pass and catch in Clemson history but I would love for Tim Bourrett or someone else who might know to chime in.

And while UNC Defense is garbage, Cade put on a show that would measure up well vs. alum studs DW4 and TL16.

Lol. This immediately made me think of that Don LeGreca clip where he loses his mind about the Giants offensive line.

But it was on an arc. What was the launch angle and initial velocity? How long was the ball airborne?

Newtonian or Quantum? Heisenberg uncertainty principle? Quantum entanglement? Remember all this next time you're tempted to scream, "just throw the d a m n ball!"

Actually, the Pythagorean Theorem is about a right triangle, not an isosceles triangle. It says: The sum of the squares of the two sides of the triangle equals the square of the hypotenuse, that is, the side opposite the 90 degree angle.
